Convenience: Fully remote via telemedicine.
Process: Appointment details and intake forms will be sent via email and text.
Payment: During the times of your visit payment via credit card payment (plus fees) or other online options.
Lab and Pharmacy
Follow up Telemedicine visit | $175
These appointments are crucial for your treatment's effectiveness. We use this time to:
Monitor your progress toward health goals.
Discuss recent lab results.
Adjust medications or treatment plans.
Please note that laboratory testing and prescription medication costs are separate from consultation fees.
Lab Costs: We send lab orders to your preferred in-network laboratory through our EMR. Coverage by insurance is not guaranteed.
Medication Costs: We work with FDA approved compounding pharmacies for your medications. Payments are made directly to the pharmacy, and coverage by insurance is also not guaranteed.
This fee applies to administrative actions by your provider outside of a consultation.
